Kaleidoscope ME™ Online Classes

We understand what uncertain times we are all going through. Managing work and school from home can be rather challenging as well as making sure to exercise and take steps to stay healthy and well.

We’re offering free yoga classes to our friends and communities on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

New: We just added Yin Yoga on Saturdays at 1:15-2:15 PM EST.

Each week we will introduce a character and a tool for self-regulation and well-being.

I have been attending Liza’s adult yin yoga class for many years. What makes her special as an instructor is the way she combines breathing and stretches with positive expressions of compassion and gratitude. I leave her classes feeling not only more physically flexible but also more mentally peaceful and refreshed. Liza is also passionate about extending the benefits of yoga to children, including those with cognitive challenges. I highly admire Liza’s warmth and commitment to the discipline. I would recommend her classes to yoga practitioners of all levels and ages.
